Matthew 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
God uses prophets to reveal where we are going, which gives us hope and enables us to avoid pitfalls (Hos 12:13, Prov 29:18, Job 33:18). Praise God, He has always directed RVC. Enquire of the Lord, for when you pray He will communicate. The Holy Spirit teaches us things to come (John 16:13).
God is leading us out of the world by Jesus and His chosen 5-fold ministers (Eph 4:11-12). God wants us to grow and mature so we can defeat the devil. We are blessed because there is no famine of the Word in RVC (Ps 1:3).
In 2023 God is calling us to continue to pray and prepare for His 2nd coming. This is His greatest agenda at this time. Do not miss the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, like the five foolish virgins. We must use wisdom and do the right thing at the right time. Note that they were all virgins – they were holy and in right standing with God – but five missed the timing. Heaven will not wait for you. Esau sold his birthright, later he realized there was no blessing for him even though he begged. All he received was curses (Gen 27:34-40).
Many things will change in 2023, we must regard spiritual things highly (1Thess 5:2). We must choose our friends wisely. Matthew 25:1-13 reveals that everyone was doing well at the beginning, the problem was when it came to the time of the Bridegroom's arrival. God is now separating the sheep from the goats (Matt 25:31-34). We must always have oil in our lamp – the Holy Spirit. It is important to have extra oil too – the fruit of the Spirit manifesting in our lives (Gal 5:22-23). We should be running over, then everything around us is blessed (Ps 23:5). The world talks about half-full and half-empty, but ours should be full and overflowing. Let's always be thinking of others (Jn 13:34-35, Gal 6:2, Eph 5:33, Matt 5:16). Live an overflowing life, so that you will be known by your good fruit (Matt 7:16-20).
